Here’s a brief look back at median asking prices of properties that were on the market for sale, in a select few areas of the Vega Baja during the last quarter of 2023:

03170 Rojales: €394,631  Price per square meter: €2,586

03178 Benijofar: €318,017  Price per square meter: €2,584

03169 Algorfa: €311,850  Price per square meter: €2,387

03184 La Siesta: €187,449  Price per square meter: €1,851

03193 San Miguel De Salinas: €314,131  Price per square meter: €2,337

03189 Orihuela Costa: €350,895  Price per square meter: €2,771

The final quarter of 2023 came to an end with an influx of property sales!  Price per square meter did drop in some areas, whereas others showed a slight increase. Majority of property sales were holiday homes.
