Nothing wrong with a sofa bed in the lounge for your guests, especially if it means you could buy a home that fits everything else on your wish list!
Need more than one bathroom? This can be the perfect compromise on two bedroomed properties. Usually, two bedroomed homes come with one bathroom. Don’t immediately discard a property if it does only have one bathroom, especially if there’s room to add another one on in the future.
Changing your search criteria slightly will help with your Spanish property search. You’d be surprised at how many homes you could be missing out on!
