Seeing SOLD on the houses is a proven sign that the market is definitely moving upwards again. Great news for the seller, as Notary offices registered an increase of 22.9% in resale property transactions, as opposed to this time last year. Well that comes down to our beautiful Spanish climate. Lucky aren’t we living and working here? International buyers will always seek what we take for granted every day… this healthy climate. The sun will never stop attracting new people to this part of Spain. Whether its new families relocating for a better lifestyle, or hard working retirees that have now accomplished their dream of living in the sun. You’ve read in this newspaper that Alicante-Elche airport had a record number of travellers, handling 10,574,484 passengers passing through their doors. Where are they heading? Right here of course! These people need to stay somewhere! Therefore you shouldn’t be surprised to hear that property prices are going up. This is due to the lack of homes on the market right now. Ever thought of selling your property? Now maybe the right time for you. No one ever knows when the perfect time to buy or sell a home is, until the time has passed. Don’t be a ‘dreamer’ and take action now. It could be the best move you make!
